About Us

Geetha Shishu Shikshana Sangha (R) is the outcome of the vision and initiative of Late. Prof. B.S. Pandit who retired as Professor from SJCE, Mysuru. His vision was to provide quality technical education to girls.

The institution reflects the ideals of its founder and seeks to achieve excellence as an academic institution and advanced research centre. The vision of the management and commitment provides good governance resulting in progress of the institution.

Courses Offered

ECE, CSE and ISE branches are accredited for three years by NBA, New Delhi, (Validity up to June 2026) and the EEE branch is accredited for three years by NBA, New Delhi, (Validity up to June 2027). The institute offers 6 B.E Programmes, 2 M.Tech Programmes and an MBA all affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. The College also offers Ph.D. programmes in ECE, CSE, EEE, ISE, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and MBA departments.

Admission Procedure – UG

Eligibility criteria

The candidate shall have passed the second year Pre-University or XII standard or equivalent examination recognized by the University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Biology, and has secured not less than 45% of the aggregate marks in optional subjects with English as one of the languages.
